Our greenhouse, High Tunnel #1 & High Tunnel #2 have been completed and the yoga center is also as good as finished.
Construction of High Tunnel #3 is functionally done and is growing our delicious lettuce, Swiss chard, bok choi, kohlrabi, beets, basil & more! The end walls are all that remains on the construction side. We have installed raised beds and amended the soil for optimum tilth.
Work on the indoor veggie stand & our new tool shed continues !
Besides our daily work to offer you the freshest and best fruits & vegetables, we continue to expand and optimize our farm.
